This is a nonfiction book about the Ancient Egyptians. The content is informative and factual. The illustrations are vibrant and colorful. I felt that this is a great resource for children interested in the Ancient Egyptians or for research. I would recommend this book.

This would be a good book to share with students on creating a realistic diorama, to go along with some informative writing about the subject of Egypt. Or, to use as a model for different subjects or times in history. This book just gave a glimpse into Egypt, not extremely informative all on its own.

This book was a good introduction to Ancient Egypt, but it wasn't quite as captivating as a book on the subject should be.

The illustrations were somewhere between cool and creepy.
