Great resource for those who are studying to become substance abuse counselors or those who are already counseling. Attended a workshop at the Ellis Institute and the author of this book was the facilitator. Explains the ABC's of REBT very well as well as Motivational interviewing. This book helped me tremendously when I had to write a research paper for my addictions class.
