I picked this up at the Planes of Fame museum in Chino, CA. Book was put together by the founder of the museum, which is a compilation of dogfight tactics from pilots of the Pacific Theater. Some of the tactics are more descriptive than others, but all types of fighter responsibilities (CAS, CAP, Escort, etc) are covered.
