Explores the reasons to garden naturally and organically. He does go into some depth in some sections, such as on soil, and methods of digging, why some are preferred over others, etc. Parts of this book reminded me of my AP biology textbook, but written in a way that the non-biologist will understand. Very good.

If you are into the perfect garden with the hedges perfectly trimmed and everything looking perfect this is not for you.

If you want a garden that attracts good pests, birds and is practical and productive as well as pretty this is a perfect book.

No need for pesticides when you follow this book.
Beautiful ideas with a lot of pictures. I used to see this book for healing myself when I didn't have even a pot of plants.
Not that useful
