I couldn't help but think that Coenen could have handled her topic with half the space. Beyond the repetitive content, I found Coenen's style to be a little less professional and polished than I expected. I also found myself doubting her experience in some areas, simply because of the (sometimes patronizing) writing style and word choice. I found the case studies interesting, and I'm sure Coenen is an expert in her field, but the book felt "forced" to me.
