This book is a "go to" for solid vegetarian meals from the grill. Not only does Andrea Chesman provide a nice variety of recipes, but her helpful charts offer adventurous grillers a good gauge for grill times for a variety of off-beat vegetables. My one complaint is that there is noticeable overlap between Veg Grill and Roasted Veg.
My summertime food bible. Stuffed peppers, black bean & goat cheese quesadillas (yes, on the grill!), and other fantastic edibles not only enable us vegetarians to survive grilling season with dignity, but even make the offerings of carnivores look dull and uninspired in comparison.
I had a love affair with the grill this summer; an affair of which Ben approved 100%. How could he not?
This became my go-to book of the summer, and I'm eagerly looking forward to another season of grilling!

Several recipes caught my eye including a rice noodle dish with grilled asparagus. grill season is coming up and I will be ggrilling veggies this year.
I marked more recipes in this library book than I want to photocopy. I'll either have to get it again from the library or buy a copy of my own.
Every time I use this book, I say, "Why don't I use this book more often?" Coming from me, that's a huge compliment.
