Harmony Stalter wrote an informative, helpful book in the Employee Body Language Revealed. The pictures were good visuals, especially for anyone who benefits from seeing as well as reading to help commit to memory.
This book is good for anyone trying to advance or polish their people skills. It is also good for someone who just enjoys learning or wants to understand how to communicate better with family or friends.
