Everyone should read this, or at least everyone over the age of 40. Very useful information as well as inspiration to improve diet and increase exercise. Doug and I have committed to doing the South Beach Diet together after Mother's Day.

Good book, but makes me feel guilty. I guess that's a good thing. Nice success stories that encourage older people to realize it's never too late to start.

Good info - probably could have been said better and with greater effect in about half as many pages.

Dropped my cholesterol 60 points (220 to 160) in last 9 months with these recommendations - and not even strict about them! Also lost 30 lbs and dropped blood pressure 40 points! Hurray!
