Way out of my usual genre; I didn't read the description beforehand but thought "Daniel Goleman: should be good" - I was dismayed to discover it was a boring old business topic. As it turns out, it wasn't boring at all but quite interesting if one is keen on organizational behaviour. It's really not my thing, but Bennis is very conversational & I liked listening to him.
