Zig's popularity didn't really explode until this book was released for the first time in 1993.
And most authors choose to refer this book, out of all other ones Zig has written for others to read. Instead of focusing on just pure motivation, Zig teaches the art of living a happy, well-balanced life

I read this in high school and is was a good overall book, very simplistic teachings which can go a long way if effectively used.
A great book for personal motivation in life, business, sales.. How to become over the top and not just average...
the meaning of being successful. how to be at top is as hard as it seems like and also not as easy as we thought
Since he wrote about my brother I had to read, AND I enjoyed it!
I had Heard a lot. Not enough motivating.
Inspiring - love this motivational stuff
Motivatonal
This is an oldie but a goodie. I am NOT a self help book reader by any means. But I was inspired and have gone back to this book more than once to help me to get centered again. Pg. 71 "The first step in growth is action" It's a tear jerker and a wake up call. We are all capable of whatever we can dream!!
Great book. Motivating and inspiring. I set short, mid and long term goals in the middle of reading this book and I've been sticking to them. This is the first Zig Ziglar book I've read and I'm gonna have to find another one.
I didn't finish reading this book and I am not currently engaged in it. Maybe it was just my state of mind at the time, but I couldn't get into it like other self-help books.
Great book that would teach you how to set goals and achieve them and also teach you how to keep a positive attitude against all odds.
This is a very easy read, very motivational. Really helps to put things in perspective and guide you to really think.
