Serendipity III is one of the gems in the diadem that IS Manhattan.

This cookbook features the recipes of Serendipity III's best loved treats and confections - INCLUDING the delectable FRRRROZEN HOT CHOCOLATE.

I made the Lemon Icebox Pie, the Decadent Fudge Torte, the Coconut Macaroons, and of course, the Frrrrrozen Hot Chocolate with much success.

This doesn't mean that I don't need to go to Serendipity III's a landmark, a treasure, and makes you feel like a kid again.

I love the story behind Serendipity 3 and those of the visitors; going there is on my bucket list! Even if / whenever I try making some of the recipes in the book, I have to try the Frrrozen Hot Chocolate at the restaurant!
I serendipitously discovered that we have books about Serendipity at my library! Cool! I wish I'd read this book before going to Serendipity last spring--then I would have known more about the history of this restaurant and could have enjoyed it even more. I learned that Diane Sawyer likes to sit at the table we sat at when she visits!

I love the restaurant and the food!!! The book gives some GREAT recipes, they are all way bad for you, but they turn out pretty good!
Great Dessert book. Especially if you love Serendipity and you don't live in NYC. Frozen Hot Chocolate is the best!
Love the restaurant, love the book, really love the stories.
