One problem we have with Bible stories is that the stories are often scary and the illustrations are bland. In this version, the text is a little scary but the illustrations are quite cute. They are cheerful and bright.

Monsters and unicorns go into the ark in this version, so ds latched onto the monsters and called them dinosaurs. I told him all the dinosaurs died before human existed so I think he got confused on this point. (And I wasn't much help, because I couldn't tell him when the dinosaur
