Five stars because it's an absolutely beautiful cookbook, with pretty paintings, interesting recipes and I'm homesick for Seattle.

(A little too line-caught striped bass with mango, roasted radicchio balsamic, served with arugula, pine nuts, blood oranges and wild raspberry vinaigrette for my taste, but never mind.)
