Not the best-written book, even though I agree completely with Rosen's take on the "Big Pharma" - today's pharmaceutical companies and medical practices that follow the $$. More and more drugs are produced (deemed "safe") by these so-called "trusted" experts, when all they do is mask symptoms instead of getting to the root of the problem, and feed your body poison that then cause side-effects to deal with as well. I also agree that changes in your diet can do WONDERS for almost any health issue, ...more

I wish I could give two ratings- one for the writing and one for the informational content. The sensationalist, emotions-driven writing style will probably make some skeptics of Nutrition Response Testing even more skeptical. Frankly, I found it annoying and manipulative. However, the information itself is great. I wish I could help everyone I love understand that a personalized, holistic healing program that focuses on whole foods is much better than throwing chemicals at your body until someth ...more

Absolutely fantastic. Not the most well-written book, but the passion and the proof are there. Nutrition Response Testing has already changed my life in just two short weeks. Having control of my own wellbeing again makes me feel amazing! And I can't wait to tell my family and friends about this natural approach to achieving better health!

Just had a nutrition response test- fascinating! I want to learn more. Very quick read for me

I'm a big fan of Nutritional Response Testing. It changed my daughter's life and restored her health after years of battling allergies and asthma. This book is a good introduction to NRT. A good read for anyone considering walking away from the traditional path of Western medicine and taking charge of their own health. Though the book isn't very well written, I applaud the message wholeheartedly.

To me it was a written infomercial selling nutritional response testing. A not very well written infomercial. I was given it free by my NRT practitioner. I am still, waiting to see the great results others have apparently gotten. I have been at it for three months now with no noticeable relieve. Just less in my bank account now. It is quite a conspiracy theory that I don't quite buy.
