No photos, no celebrity chefs. The recipes in this book comprise one paragraph and there's nothing terribly fancy about any of them. It picks a subject and gives you 50 ways to deal with it, all of which are simple. Now, there's no way I'm going to try anything in the fifty ways to love your liver section.
