I can truly say that this book changed my life more than any other. It is daily meditations for people in codepedent relationships. It gave me the courage to take steps and make huge changes that I don't know if I ever would have been brave enough to make without her wisdom.
I have read daily meditations for the last 25 years. I am sorting through them to decide which one to use again next year.
This is a good, but not excellent meditation book.

I read this daily and it always rings true.
I started reading this book in October sometime and read it just about daily til the end of the year. I plan to keep reading the beginning of the book through this new year. Each of the messages in these daily passages really spoke to me and in some magically way were always very timely.
This book is filled with daily meditations and I read one every night before I go to bed. They are very uplifting and positive and are a daily reminder that life is not as bad as I sometimes think it is!
I began reading this book about 2-3 years after reading The Language of Letting Go. I loved this book so much better. I read this book daily for about three years.
Daily reading that I began Jan. 1, 07 and read throughout the year. It is a great beginning to each day.
Good Daily meditation for anyone healing from addictions or other peoples addictions...
