I love Rollins, but I can't stand his books. I had been accustomed to his awesome spoken word stage show and his music, but the books are something left to be desired. I gave this one a fair shot but it's a whole other world to enjoy his book-writing, and unfortunately, Rollins will likely have a following of fans who will like anything he does, and they will find his books sensational no matter what he throws together. I'm not one of them. Yeah, he's awesome, but this stuff seems it's only out...more

Juvenile in the best way. Brutal, uncompromising, and thoroughly honest. Rollins was kind of a prick back then, but it's good reading for bad moods.
