As someone who is completely hopeless in the kitchen, I really enjoyed these simple recipes. I exclaimed to myself "ah! so that's how you do it!" and actually made several tasty meals for my husband and I to enjoy that weren't too complicated, like the beef stew (now one of our personal favorites). And I finally know how to make tomato sauce from scratch. This is really for people who are clueless in the kitchen.
