I seem to be on a toll of reading really good books. And Emma Darcy delivered another gem. Why I like this book:

1- People don’t realize Pakistan isn’t UK’s colony now. We’re our own (weird) people. The h is from Australia and she faces the same condescending prejudice from the British in this book that we do. It was nice to see how she handled it

2- A child. A tantrum-throwing child. Which the h dealt with in the most impressive manner. Reminded me of Jo Frost from Supernanny. She loves the kids...more

I am sorry to say that both the people in this book rubbed me the wrong way from the get-go.

Unfortunately I don't the patience for stuff like this right now so am putting this book aside to get onto something less agitating.
