Beverly wants to be an actress but when it's her turn to audition she freezes. She gets only one line but decides to be the best shrub and wall she can be. Good for nervousness and friendship.
Beverly got nervous to perform at the audition. She will work to be the best shrub and stone. All turns out well.
This one has a good message. Also, a highlight when I read this to a class the other day was a kid who asked 'what's a SHRUB?' hehe.
