This book is indeed a smart introduction for those who have heard the name Arjuna but know very little about him. It beautifully dissects the conversation between Krisha and Arjuna during the Kurukshetra War.It is an easy read with clear interpretation of the duo's conversation. The two chapters before the final chapter are a bit difficult to understand.Nevertheless, this book is a great read.A very smart introduction to the conversation between Krishna and Arjuna.

An worthy self help book. My first expectation from this book was to see how author draws the reference from Mahabharata and relates it to our self help process. This book is consists of 18 self help lessons. I found it quite inspiring specially those short stories almost in every chapters. You can pick this book if you need some inspiration. Author described very deep and passionately about the importance of spirituality to take control of own mind.
