I thought this was good example of the power of words on us PHYSICALLY is impressive and have yet to read it to anyone without a massive smile at the end (and a mouth full of saliva)

Great all-round NLP manual- been a fantastic resource as a first-time student of the subject. Although a weighty manual it is easy to read through and chapters are self- contained, so great to dip in and out or as a whole read-through
