"Dream Job" by Mickey J Corrigan takes place in hot, steamy Southern Florida. We have our heroine Adrianna, Charlton 'Hamm' her boss, and Davis and man who falls for her. She has dreams about both men. Considering she works for a company called 'DreamCorp International' things become a little heated in her dreams. Things begin to happen in those dreams some good, some erotic, and some not so good. If you've watched "The Twilight Zone" as a kid it's something akin to that where things in her ...more

A fast paced novella which got me thinking and nodding at the end of the story, the possibility of what I read could happen... which I can't say here with out giving the entire plot away, but you'll know what I mean when you read Dream Job my Mickey J Corrigan, a May ebook release.

Adrianna has a test driver position at a Dream software company; mixed in between her day life she is plagued by HOT dreams about her boss, The dreams feel so real spill over to real life almost. Then to make life more

DREAM JOB by Mickey J Corrigan is contemporary romance meets erotic fantasy. This is not your typical novella. Suspenseful and different with likable characters, tight dialogue and splashes of steamy scenes and you've got yourself a short, delicious read.

Recommended to readers who love short, steamy fantasy stories

A dream in a dream is the reality?
Or reality in itself is a dream?

Trying to answer such complex life question in very few words, the story portrays how we have the power to change our fate. Be it our past, present or the future.

Quite an interesting read.

My Review:

“Dream Job” takes dreams and science fiction, merges them and takes them to a completely different level altogether. The story starts in a typical manner with a passing relationship that ends abruptly and an erotic crush on the boss. But very soon, a twists comes with the concept of dream stalking. Is it really dream stalking? Or is it just the subconscious mind working over time? Very soon, as the story comes to an end, another dramatic tw

Dream Job Kindle Edition by Mickey J. Corrigan
Mickey J. Corrigan has written a book that keeps you thinking is this really happening. Adrianna is a gal who likes to drink a bit too much. She comes back one night to the liquor store one night after she had a good amount to drink and flirts with Davis the liquor store owner. He promptly takes her home and makes love to her. She is from a very small town and her pick of men is very slim. She applies for a job with DreamCorp International. That firs

Well, now that my mind has officially been blown let me introduce you to the wonderfully weird novella that is Dream Job.

I suppose when you're reading a book about dreams and the manipulation of them you should be prepared for some weirdness. Mix that with the odd personalities of the main players and what you get is a downright bizarre experience. Don't get me wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed Dream Job, it just had different 'feeling' than what I was expecting. Think The Matrix + The Twilight Zone.

Maybe I 19m simple minded, but I don 19t tend to like the 1Cmind f*ck 1D type stories. I usually have trouble following them. This book is one of those. We 19re in Adrianna 19s POV exclusively throughout the book, and as the reader, we 19re just as confused as she is. It becomes extremely difficult to tell what 19s real and what 19s not, which adds mystery, yes, but also adds frustration.

I also was not a particular fan of the writing style. The breaks were more disorienting than helpful, and I

In DREAM JOB, sometimes your dreams can hurt you. When Adrianna starts work at DreamCorp International, she starts having bizarre dreams – sexy ones about her hunky new boss and frightening ones about an ex-lover. DREAM JOB is told exclusively from Adrianna’s point of view which means the readers is as in the dark as Adrianna and learns along with her. This makes DREAM JOB convoluted and confusing at times. While I have loved the author’s other works I’ve read to date, DREAM JOB seemed more like ...more

Dream job is about Arianna and her work at a company called "Dream Corp International" that is developing software to control your dreams. Truly a good book for lovers of science fiction and mystery, written in her POV and it follows her from her passing relationship and the fact of her feelings for her boss. Finding out whether the dreams are subconscious or is it dream stalking . There are twists and turns and you are kept deep into the story following what will happen next. A science fiction ...more
