Sadly predictable plot with very little characterisation. The narrative is held by a Presidential aide and the narration is just that; a reportage of events as seen, no nod towards political analysis and just one knee jerk reaction from characters after another. That said, it isn't a genre I have delved into greatly, so having downloaded the sample onto my Kindle, I purchased the remainder on the cheap.
