This book was really helpful for the purpose of getting myself to take a big step in the world of no longer being afraid of hiding my identity online. it is designed for business people and organizations to better handle their online presence by being more open about who they are and what they do. A bit too much emphasis on convincing people about the importance of online reputation management. But they don't really describe it as a how to, so my fault for expecting that.
