Very well written ethnographic account of interactions between the Aboriginal population and the small town farmers of a south western Saskatchewan town. Though the fieldwork was conducted in the 1960's much of what is discussed in the book is still relevant to today's interactions between Aboriginals and non-Aboriginals. Interesting read for anthropologists and non-anthropologists alike!
