I am slowly filling my pantry in an attempt to keep more food on hand and available. In doing so, I have debated the merits of the bulk purchasing of some products in a dehydrated form. The only thing that has stopped me was the difficulty in finding a single resource that was filled with recipes for the dehydrated ingredients. I finally found it in this book, only to be disappointed that I can't find a copy to purchase.

The book is written with no filler text and no wasted words. When you read

For anyone interested in food storage recipes, this is the book to get! It's all about cooking yummy meals using things from your pantry (not including things from the freezer and fridge in case of electricity outages). The recipes actually look really good! I just need to figure out how to get a lot of dehydrated ingredients now. She also talks about how to make a 5 week menu to better plan and organize your year's supply. Anyway, it only costs $5 on for anyone interested.

I am very interested in food storage and better ways of storing/planning for the future. This book offers another option that seems do-able to me.
