While many history books about Nazi Germany can leave you with the yawns, the author, Alan F. Wilt does an outstanding job of writing about the many nuances of Hitler's Germany in an easy read. Instead of just brushing the surface of the Third Reich, he takes the reader below the surface, and in understandable terms, allows the reader a deeper meaning of what was taking place in Germany after World War I and before World War II. For the historian, I recommend it.
