Recommends it for: vegetarians ONLY
This book was either purchased by me in a tofu-induced haze or given to me as a gift; honestly, I don't remember. However, most of the ingredients in this near-vegan collection are of the healthfood store variety, and even requires a glossary to tell you what "adzuki beans" and its compatriots are. Needless to say, I'd be willing to part with it and pass it on to a vegetarian, as I've now reverted to my omnivorous roots.
