Though it is intended to be separate, I think 52 Sleep Secrets is a fantastic companion book to Kim West's Good Night, Sleep Tight. On its own, I give it just three stars because many of the tips aren't groundbreaking, or they offer things with which I'm already familiar (even not having kids). Overall, it is a quick read full of helpful hints, and I love that it is broken down by age. Good resource, but better with West's other, more comprehensive sleep bible.
