This has be one of the most brutally honest memoirs regarding mental health I've ever read. It's from a stand point of someone who has been trying to fight his own demons by himself since early childhood. It's a not a feel good book, it's an honest account of what many people go through, but no one wants to take the time to truly understand them. This is one of the best "self-help" books
