Baru tahu kalau 'walking' itu ada tehniknya. Kirain jalan lenggang kangkung doang. Ternyata ada tehnik jalan (tumit-jari & tarik tumit), tehnik 4-4 pernafasan, dan tehnik puter/dorong/tekan pinggang. Dikutip di buku ini dari Journal of Sports Medicine & Physical Fitness (des 00) kalau berjalan kaki membakar 2x lebih banyak kalori daripada berjalan cepat (kec. 8 km/jam). Could u believe that??
