A good alternative romance novel, some of the writing is a bit patchy in places, but it's still very good for a debut novel. Nick Taussig paints a vivid picture of London. The main characters are a bit too pathetic to be totally likeable, but that arguably makes them more believable. The story is nothing original, but I found this novel compelling enough to read on. Well worth a look.
