This is my [three-year-old] daughter's current favourite book--it's a gentle story with colourful watercolour illustrations of all the daily goings-on of a farm. We love the sound effects, but it's not simply the "noisy" part of the farm that captures my little girl's attention: we love the hedgehog and the cat and the mouse that show up on almost every page. Well illustrated.
The Noisy Farm is about a woman who takes care of her farm and when all the animals are hungry they definitely let her know by waking her up to feed them. This teaches children about farm animals and what the animals do.
