This is one of my go-to books for five-star quality dishes. The German Chocolate Cake is my favorite. The Coconut Squash Cake Icing really makes it delish. Butternut squash is in the icing and it's so good and sweet. You won't feel terrible for eating this food. You will just feel good. Ron Pickarski is an amazing chef who demystifies trying to change dishes into vegetarian.
