This book has given me great insight into the Indian culture and helped me to work better with my team members in India. They also say that the book is pretty accurate, though there are some things that they don't agree with it is pretty good.

Ramesh presents several valuable insights in a story format that is very easy reading. The entire book can be read in an hour or two. Especially helpful for those encountering Indian culture for the first time.
