Worth a read, if only for the sweet honesty about the trickiest matters such as board-staff relations. Orosz isn't afraid of the elephants in the room, although he covers them in the most even-handed way possible.
Strong overview of the key opportunities and challenges inherent to the foundation world. Quite a lot resonated with my current work experiences. The writing is frank and approachable with many touches of humor. The author packed a lot into a concise package.
