I first read this book about 25 yrs ago for a Philosophy of the Self course. Having been in middle ground lately, it was good to refresh my memory of Keleman's transition stages. This is not a difficult read.
This is a good introduction to the body-mind connection. Keleman's writing is very accessible. This is his breakthrough book.
