I waited forever to get this through my public library and was relieved I didn't spend any money on it. It's a pretty good story, but poorly written and badly edited. (The many typos & spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors were distracting.) The book jumps back and forth across time periods and traditions and ends with a "cliffhanger" and a slew of unanswered questions so you can't wait for Book Two. If it exists or is in the works, I hope it gets a better editor and a proofreader!
