Here are the takeaways for me: (1) use "feedback analysis" to discover and focus on your strengths (don't really have a good sense of what "feedback analysis" really is, as it seems too simplistic as described). (2) determine how I best perform, as a reader or as a listener, determine how I learn, and determine if I work well under stress or want highly structured, predictable environments. (3) know what my values are, and align my organization with them. (4) build relationsh

Really interesting to find out that this book has only 60 small pages. I don't know what I actually expected but this was a nice surprise. In the book there are some really good advices.

The book contains an article of Drucker's written for the Harvard Business Review.
While Drucker doesn't go into excruciating details of how to go about managing oneself, he gives concise advice and points out interesting things to look out for. He also gives examples to illustrate his points.
It's a good and informative read and definitely something to recommend. :)

I wasn't expecting anything very in depth given how small this booklet is however it was straight forward, highlighted examples to illustrate points and provided useful tips.

Tiny book with a disproportionate price, but well worth the (very quick) read. I'd recommend picking up Harvard Business Review's 10 Must Reads on Managing Yourself which includes this article and a few others. I haven't read those, but the price is so close, you might as well.
