I liked it.
This book covered a wider batch of topics than I thought it would. Though I wish it would have spent more time on actual techniques and tactics. A large portion of the book dealt with drugs and supplements. I had a hard time not feeling like I was stuck in a doctor's infomercial for a while. Otherwise, this is a decent entry in the brain/mind/memory arena.

it helped me understand how the brain works to store memories, and gave methods on how to better your own. but, i didn't practice them, therefore my memory did NOT improve after reading this book. maybe some of u guys will stick to the methods and get some results~!
