To anyone looking over this list: Reread this book! I'm sure you have fond memories of the first time you read it, but it, as well as any American novel, stands the rereading test. Atticus' quiet, calm heroism is an inspiration to behold. Damn, it's a good book.

I listened to this on a CD and I was again remined how much easier we have "Life" it in the 20th century.
