This book is set up just like a magazine, with little articles, bits of info, and tips available in easy to digest pieces. The books has sections on health, beauty, fitness, and diet, which are its strongest points. I wasn't as impressed with the relationships and home decor sections.

I really liked this book! So far it has inspired me to get my cholesterol tested and to eat more yogurt. I know, small beans, but it makes you feel like you dont have to totally change your life to be healthier and happier--you just have to take small baby steps.
