This was a Dyer/Williamson version "light" that would be good for beginners who want to get a flavor for each person's teachings and personalities. I listened to this while I was cooking and baking in the kitchen tonight and it had just the right balance of concepts worth pondering with a light-enough flavor that I didn't have to stop and really ponder extensively on any particular topic.
