I found this to be an interesting read, as I have with all the books I've read so far in this series, full of lots of ideas, some I'd heard of before and some I hadn't. I recommend it to someone who has tried losing weight several times and been unsuccessful because it has ideas and explanations you might not have heard of before.

It's a good book if you're dieting or thinking about it. Clear, concise, it helps you stay focus. Everyone of us is aware of half the topics (at least) explains in the book, but it's good to hear about them again.
