::sigh:: And I really liked TIE ME, TEASE ME by the same author, too....

NYSSA'S GUARDIAN, though, is a hodgepodge of borrowed SF concepts and SF neologisms ("Primale", "fem", "mem"), mixed with lots of what other GR readers call "dubious consent" BDSM scenes (the Female Head of the High Council, who is the Fem lead of the book's mother, suggests the Primale lead would be free to treat the daughter as he would a genetically engineered sex s

I enjoyed the premise. I just couldn't stand the heroine. She's spoiled and self-centered and she refuses to accept her part in any of the situation. It's never her fault. She's constantly trying to manipulate him with her sexuality. Needless to say, she hasn't endeared herself to me.

Oohh, sci-fi with D/s with a strong sub and an Alpha Dom. I melted reading this book. I really enjoy Mr. Gabriel's new series More than male. The sex in it is so good for someone who enjoys the D/s.

This book sucked literally and figuratively. Even though it's a free Amazon book I don't recommend.

Y'all know that sexy sci-fi is my crack, right? This series is RIGHT up my alley because HELLO, GENETICALLY ENHANCED ALPHAS! Yes, I have a soft spot for superhuman men who can kick ass when needed but who have a tender side. And who happen to be aliens. I'm okay with this.

Now, there were a few things that bugged me. Nyssa's aggressively feminist stance on everything -- including things she really knew nothing about -- started to get old after a while. She verbally lambasted Theron on more than o

On a planet far, far away, the inhabitants went crazy with genetic modifications then realised they were missing something.

Their solution was to again tamper with genetics and design 2 people to be the perfect match. Her to eventually head the Council and him to protect her.

Our h, Nyssa, a 27 yr old Fem holostar, has no clue as to her heritage and when she starts receiving death threats it is the perfect opportunity to introduce her to Theron, a 35 yr old Guardian. Guardians are Primale and exp

The world of obedients, fem's and primals was a strange kind of erotica romance.

This was an alright steamy read with a strong domination/submission theme that never slipped too far into the realm of the demeaning. I found the plot a little on the weak side (hardly there at all), but can't honestly say I was reading it for the plot anyhow. It ended on a cliffhanger and since there appear to be eight books currently in the series there is a chance for the story to develop.

It was a nice quick read, with a lot of juicy details. Enjoyable.
It has elements of a bigger plot, so it left plenty of room for sequels, but I was left with a taste of an unfinished tale.

It was an ok quick read. left it with kind of a cliff hanger so there could be more books but it just wasn't one of my favorites.
