This is a great book if you need to solve a personal dilemma. The focus is on any current problem, how to deal with it, and how your approach to this problem reflects your approach to any other problem you come across in life. There are plenty of great activities to get your right brain in gear, the best way to come up with creative solutions. There is a bit of new age material that might rub some people the wrong way, but a good read nonetheless.
