Cole Schoolland
A decent introduction to the vast world of beer. It had a good general breakdown to types based primarily on ale/lager, but had a hard time sticking to their system of classification. Very concise and methodological but when it came to describing the subtle differences between regional beers... it got really repetitive and wasn't able to communicate any real differences aside from historical or cultural. The best solution to that is, obviously, to keep drinking.
