    <body><![CDATA[Great book.  It helps you figure out why you eat, and teaches you how to eat without feeling guilty.  For instance, there's a section on how it's ok to eat the foods you want to eat.  If you are wanting to eat a chocolate chip cookie, go ahead and eat a cookie.
