Leadership naturally involves some coaching so this book has useful information and ideas for any leader. It's also written by a coach who tends to repeat everything three or more times which is not necessary for most of us. The basic concepts are useful and can be skimmed over fairly quickly.
This book has changed my life in so many ways. another book that I will read again and again. I'm not a fan of the Woody Hayes quotes, but this is such a powerful book I can overlook them and enjoy it. I have given this book to a few friends. They loved it too.

Paul J. Meyer is a legend in the industry. This book is presented in a fashion that makes it really easy to see what you need to do next, then do it. Contains excellent guidance for both the novice, as well as the master.
It was ok. I thought that the book could have gone deeper into certan aspects of what it means to be a coach and how to better lead people. There really was nothing new from this book.

Recommends it for: Men
Great Men's book. Leadership / Life Coaching / Character building tidbits in only a page or two with great quotes. Easy simple reader.
